The shared development is the development concept put forward by the Communist Party of China based on the experience of China's more than 30 years of reform and opening up,and modernization.Applying the concept of shared development to enterprise management is a method to respond to the call of the state and put the concept into practice.In order to implement the concept of shared development,and consider the incentive management status in a large state-owned enterprise,the incentive mechanisms based on the shared development model are studied in this paper.Shared development is to achieve all staff sharing development,comprehensive sharing development,co-construction sharing development and progressive shared development.The incentive mechanism is one of the important components in an enterprise performance management systems.Its role is to provide attractive incentives for staff,mobilize employees' work enthusiasm,enhance employee value creativity,achieve employee value,and promote enterprise development.Integrating the concept of shared development into incentive management is good to achieve collaborative progress and development for both the company and its employees.The shortcomings of the current incentive mechanism are fully investigated and the reasons resulting in these problems are carefully analyzed according to the status quo of incentive management in the large state-owned enterprise.Based on the research,an incentive mechanism is built in this company according to the shared development model.In addition,a platform is constructed to promote the shared development between enterprises and staffs in terms of informatization from the following four aspects.Firstly,some kinds of training systems in terms of the periods of the training are constructed to help the employees achieve their career goals corresponding to their different abilities,personalities,professional orientations.Secondly,three innovatively operational platforms are constructed to guide employees to participate in technology,management,and skill innovation by adjusting the framework of the organization.A multiple incentive mechanism is constructed to encourage the employees to devote to their works the innovations,achieving participate in everyone and co-construction shared development.Thirdly,all staff performance interviews are carried out to construct belief and achieve an agreement in performance goal between the company and its employees.By this approach,all staff performance and the performance management system will be improved,the performance allocation mechanism will be completed,staffs' satisfaction and their enthusiasm will be increased,both the enterprise performance and employee's value will be elevated,leading to achieving all staff shared development.Fourthly,an innovative collaborative team is constructed to achieve effective configuration of human resources based on the matrix model of the evaluation of the developing capabilities.Lastly,a work platform of sharing knowledge and a standardization management system are constructed to bridge the communication gaps between the enterprise and their employees according to professional technologies,achieving the shared development.A large state-owned enterprise is treated as the research object of this paper,applying the concept of shared development to enterprise incentive management.It is an innovative attempt.By the application of the research results,the environment of both the development of the large state-owned enterprises and the talent training is constructed effectively,and the two-way development of individuals and organizations is promoted.Employees' satisfactions are improved by the realization of the cycle optimization of human value-added so that the goal of comprehensive progress of both employees and the enterprises is achieved.It has practical guiding significance for human resources management practice of large state-owned enterprises.
