Survey On Post Management Of Security Housing In City A

Since China launched housing system reform in 1990 s,resident housing model has undergone enormous changes.The real estate market in various regions develops rapidly,and the housing price in metropolis like Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou rises to an unbearable extent.The emergence of security housing plays an important role in solving the crying needs of the people with housing difficulties.With the completion of construction of security housing,the related problems caused by imperfect post management are brought out,and the continuous negative news arouses people's suspicions on the policy.From the perspective of public management,carrying out post management at the source and improving the final stage of housing security policy has important theoretical and practical significance in standardizing the management of security housing,enhancing the satisfaction of the masses,and promoting social harmony and stability.In this paper,the security housing in City A is investigated through questionnaire survey and interviews,along with literature analysis research and theoretical and practical research,as well as the theories of statistics and management,in order to analyze the status and problems of post management of security housing in City A.The paper contains five parts.The first part is the introduction;in the second part,the status of post management of security housing in City A is summarized;in the third part,the satisfaction degree on post management of security housing in City A is analyzed;in the fourth part,the problems existing in post management of security housing in City A are analyzed;and in the fifth part,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through this paper,the following results are concluded.(1)The questionnaire survey on post management of security housing in City A shows that,residents are not very satisfied with the supporting facilities of security housing,and they wish it further improved in post management and they are willing to be involved in residence management.(2)Currently,housing security center is established in City A,and the third party is introduced into the management,by which the post management becomes normative.Nevertheless,problems still exist,including unprofessional operation management,unsound laws and regulations,imperfect supporting facilities,and deficiency in humanistic care.(3)The following suggestions are put forward: strengthening legal and institutional construction and improving housing security,especially those related to post management;purchasing services by government,in order to mobilize social organizations to take part in security housing management;enhancing residents' self-governance,and encouraging residents to participate in management;and improving the supporting facilities,in order to provide residents with a better living condition.
