With the continuous progress of economy and the standardization of enterprise management mode,performance appraisal as an important management tool has been attracting more and more attention in the management of human resources,and has become an indispensable component of human resource management.The performance assessment can combine the various departments of the enterprise,the strategic objectives of the enterprise and the employees of the enterprise together to realize the enterprise development plan together.Economic development makes the industry internal competition,even relatively strong financial strength of commercial banks is no exception,performance management has special significance for the development of commercial banks,it is conducive to commercial banks to carry out all works,increase the operating income of commercial banks.This paper summarizes the research background and theoretical tools of performance management,and on this basis,selects the case of Minsheng Bank XA branch as the research object,and analyzes the problems of its performance management from microcosmic level,and gives solutions.The methods used in this paper include qualitative analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey and so on.First,through the questionnaire survey and the direct way of consulting the Minsheng Bank XA branch of the existing human resources structure and performance management,and analyze the performance management mode and the concrete implementation situation,analyzing the branch performance management status by qualitative analysis,finds out the deficiency existing in the performance management process.The research shows that the main problems in performance management of Minsheng Bank XA branch include performance management oriented bias,lack of interaction in performance management process,unreasonable assessment indicators,and difficult use of assessment results.This paper,based on the theory of performance management,puts forward a specific optimization scheme for the shortcomings mentioned above.On the basis of comprehensive performance orientation,we should be consistent with the superior line,clarify the key points of performance appraisal,re evaluate the assessment indicators,increase communication links in the assessment process,and strengthen the application of the examination results at the same time.Through the above plan,we can optimize the performance management,and finally make use of the performance salary system and other institutionalized ways to ensure the implementation of performance management measures,so as to improve the performance management process of XA branch of Minsheng Bank,and effectively enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of XA branches.
