Analysis Of Factors Affecting The Outflow Of Land Contracted Management Rights By Farmers

As the physical carrier and key elements of agricultural production,the circulation of rural contracted land have a significant and far-reaching impact on the modernization of agriculture.It is of great significance to recognize and analyze the factors that affect the extent of farmers' outflow of land contractual management rights,and promote the moderate and large-scale circulation of rural land,improve agricultural production efficiency,accelerate the development of“Agriculture,Farmer and Country”,and finally achieve rural revitalization.Based on the research on sample farmers in Anji County,this paper analyzes the literatures on land transfer home and abroad,conducts field research and issues questionnaires,and establishes a logistic regression model to study the correlation and importance of various influencing factors of sample farmers' outflow contract management rights.It was found that the contracted farmers has diversified reasons for keeping land,the spontaneous land transfer behavior was not standardized,the high difficulty of centralized land transfer,the land-use supervision after the land transfer was weak,the farmer's interest protection mechanism was not perfect,and the service role of the land transfer network platform was not obvious.From the individual differences of the farmers' members,This paper finds that the empirical residence time of the rural household members and the participation of rural medical insurance will have a significant impact on the farmer's outflow behavior of the land contractual management rights;From the resource endowment conditions of the contracted land,This paper finds that the actual transfer price of the contracted land and the zoning nature of the land will have a significant impact on the behavior of the farmer's outflow of land contractual management rights;From the actions of the local cadres,This paper proves the demonstration of land tranfser and publicity work and the grassroots cadres problem-solving behavior will influence farmer's contracted land outflow situation and have an impact for the understanding and analysis of Zhejiang province contracted land circulation.On this basis,this paper puts forward suggestions for deepening the circulation policy,improving the land transfer system,strengthening the social security system,strengthening the agriculturalindustry development plan,improving the land supervision service capacity,and carrying out rural talent training and education,with the expectation to promote the outflow of contractual management rights of Zhejiang farmers,optimize the allocation of land resources,and achieve high-quality development of“Agriculture,Farmer and Country”.The innovation of this paper is to take Anji County of Huzhou City as the research entry point,study the influencing factors of Zhejiang contracted land transfer from the perspective of farmers' outflow of land contractual management rights.Generally speaking,Anji County has a good typicality and representativeness,which can reflect the reality of rural land transfer in the province,the problems commonly faced and the influence of related factors,but its unique policies and location advantages needs to be considered separately and the conclusion cannot be simply applied.
