Research On The Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Ecological Agriculture In Yiyang City Under The Background Of "Internet Plus"

Ecological agriculture is a modern agriculture that follows the law of ecosystem,adapts measures to local conditions,uses the achievements of modem technology and management methods,coordinates the contradiction between the development and utilization of agricultural resources and environmental protection,and can obtain good ecological,social and economic benefits.In recent years,Yiyang City has carried out modern agriculture reform experiments,used Internet information technology to promote the development of agricultural e-commerce,promoted the deep integration of "Internet+" and modern agriculture,and strengthened the construction of ecological agriculture with remarkable results.Taking Yiyang City as an example,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefits of ecological agriculture,and selects 20 indexes from three aspects of ecological benefits,social benefits and economic benefits.Entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of evaluation index,and linear weighting function method is used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of ecological agriculture in Yiyang City from 2009 to 2018.The evaluation results show that the comprehensive benefits of "Internet plus" ecological agriculture in Yiyang have maintained an overall growth,and the ecological benefits have increased slightly,and the social and economic benefits have been continuously increasing.Through case comparative analysis,we know that there are obvious differences in the evaluation of the benefits of "Internet plus" by different types of farmers,and information technology itself can not directly play a role,subject to the restrictions of the characteristics of the subjects of technology use,and the role of different users is also significantly different.Combined with the comprehensive benefit evaluation and the comparative analysis of typical cases,it is pointed out that under the background of Internet plus,the problems of Yiyang's ecological agriculture development are:the level of Internet plus application is insufficient,the promotion of ecological agriculture is not strong,the intensity of pesticide and fertilizer application is increasing,the air quality needs to be improved,and the level of ecological agriculture industrialization is not high.It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:giving full play to the Internet+promoting role,guiding the industry to deeply integrate,improving the agricultural technology system;improve the agricultural technology system and strengthen the promotion and application;improve the way of applying fertilizer and promote the reduction and efficiency of pesticide and chemical fertilizer;comprehensively promoting energy conservation and emission reduction,strengthening air pollution prevention and control,;optimizing the layout of industrial structure,and promoting the industrialization of ecological agriculture.
