Since the 1990 s in the 20 th century,China's printing industry has become an important domestic production industry and has grown rapidly.After the international financial crisis,rising domestic labor costs and the impact of Sino-US trade friction,the printing company's profits continued to decline.The printing industry realized that the crisis was coming,and the total profit growth rate also fluctuated.In order to maintain sufficient competitiveness in this external environment,China's major printing companies have begun a wave of lean production..Lean production has successful cases in the automotive industry and the electronics industry.However,in the specific implementation process of the printing industry,due to the unique operating rules and characteristics of different industries and enterprises.How to transform the theoretical model of lean production into practical applications and how to carry out lean production have become common problems faced by large printing companies.As one of the largest printing companies in the world,L printing company has also encountered great challenges from the deterioration of external business environment in recent years.L printing company expects to improve by the lean production,but encounters many difficulties.This article takes the process of L printing company's implementation of lean production as an example to analyze the operation of its industry and enterprises.In-depth study of domestic and foreign lean literature,analysis of the lean production implemented by L Printing Company.It is found that the production plan,orders and internal staff management are not perfect and need to improve.Based on the results of data analysis,this article proposes four aspects of improvement strategies,including formulating order production plans,implementing order balancing strategies,and establishing employee management.These improvement strategies have important guiding significance for the L printing company in promoting the lean production model,and have reference and guidance value for the domestic printing industry and other similar manufacturing.
