Research On The Policy Execution Of Township Government In S County

China is a country with a vast territory,a large population and multi-level local governments.The central government and local government are the main executors of national policies,whose executive power is the embodiment of national executive ability,an important indicator of national credibility,and an important measure to build national image.Improving the executive power of grass-roots government is an inevitable requirement of national development.Township governments are the final executors of national policies and an important bridge between the superior government and the grass-roots people.The executive power of the township government is not only related to the image of the national government in the hearts of the farmers,but also related to the immediate interests of them,which plays an important role in solving the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".It can be seen that the township government,as the main body of township construction,is closely related to the social,economic,cultural and other aspects of the development of the township.The efficient work of the township government can better solve the immediate problems of the villagers and realize the value of the township government itself.Therefore,the research on the executive power of township government is an important subject.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy and building a well-off society in an all-round way,this paper studies the executive power of township governments.Based on the research results of scholars domestic and abroad,this paper uses the principal-agent theory and game theory,adopts questionnaire survey and other research methods,and puts forward feasible suggestions on the improvement of the executive power of township governments.This paper mainly takes S town government as the main research object and carries out a series of researches on its executive power.First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper,using the literature research method,sorting out the relevant research literature and classical theories at home and abroad,and summarizes the main research content of the entire thesis.And the core concepts involved in this study are determined.On the basis of learning from the former research results,the components of the executive power,of the township government are determined,and the main factors affecting the executive power,of the township government are clarified,which lays a sufficient theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Then,through questionnaire survey and visit survey and other research methods,face-to-face with the grass-roots people,in-depth understanding of the local farmers and government staff on the implementation of S Town government’s actual views.The survey results show that there are obvious differences between the public and the government staff in the evaluation of the implementation of the township government,but it can also identify the main problems existing in the implementation of the current S township government.According to the main influencing factors of the executive power of the township government,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,on the basic of drawing lessons from the former research ideas,from five aspects of the executive subject,executive system,executive mechanism,executive environment and executive resources,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions.Aims to better improve the execution level of the S town government.
