A Study On Strategies For Improving Teaching Leadership Of Primary School Principals

For primary school principals,teaching leadership is the ability they must have.High level of teaching leadership of primary school principals can better manage schools,teachers and students,and contribute to the healthy development of schools.But in practice,many primary school principals’teaching leadership level is not high,lack of a certain sense of responsibility,lack of learning ability,executive ability and other aspects,which will affect the development of the school.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the teaching leadership of primary school principals.This paper mainly studies the teaching leadership of primary school principals in District D of Shizuishan City,combining with some research views at home and abroad,using questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to analyze.This paper discusses the current situation of the teaching leadership of the headmasters in the D District of Shizuishan City,mainly from the aspects of encouraging teachers and students,managing curriculum teaching,innovative development,etc.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the teaching leadership of primary school principals,mainly from interviews and questionnaires,and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies.Through the analysis,it is found that the current situation of primary school principals in D District of Shizuishan city is lack of innovation and change awareness,lack of responsibility,lack of in-depth investigation ability at the grass-roots level.Based on this,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the primary school principals’ teaching leadership,such as innovation and change awareness,strengthening responsibility and so on,in order to provide reference for the improvement of primary school principals’ teaching leadership in D District of Shizuishan city.
