With the rapid development of information technology,the Internet ecology has brought great changes to traditional teaching,literacy teaching as the basic Chinese learning,many Chinese teachers also began to try to combine information technology in literacy teaching,at present,the application between the two mainly reflected in the role of information technology on teaching resources,teaching mode and teaching media.Many Chinese teachers attach great importance to the use of multimedia courseware for literacy teaching,but after all,information technology is still in development,and the application of teaching has not reached popular,unified,most teachers have not fully recognize the nature of modern information technology teaching,so its teaching activities will face many troubles and problems,greatly for the negative impact of the teaching effect of literacy teaching.Given this,the research analyzes and focuses on the combination of contemporary information technology in primary school literacy teaching.The focus of this research is the combination of information technology and primary school literacy education,referring to a large number of relevant literature and academic materials,using the questionnaire survey and interview methods,and summarizing the actual application of information technology in the low-level literacy teaching.The survey results indicate that the overall awareness of teachers is low in the application;insufficient innovation and application ability to make teaching courseware;the dependence of modern information technology can degrade the basic skills of some teachers in traditional teaching;finally lack policy support,and the training and reserve of relevant talents are not in place.Based on the above results,relevant countermeasures:to improve the awareness of teachers ’ participation in training of information technology,improve certain teaching innovation reward system,give teachers time and motivation to practice information technology and teaching,strengthen the training of teacher basic skills,encourage teaching experts to summarize effective strategies and methods;government and education,give policy and material support,update information equipment,for teaching and better application.The research puts forward the innovative advanced countermeasures and the key content based on the level of textbooks and information technology.
