Research On High-quality Economic Development Boosted By Green Finance Based On Anhui Province

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the five development concepts of "innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared".For the first time,China has elevated its "green" development strategy to a national level.The "13th Five-Year" modern financial system planning,which was led by the Chinese people’s Bank of China,will promote the development of green finance as an important content.The 13 th Five-Year Plan for the Modern Financial System,led by the People’s Bank of China,has made promoting green finance an important part of the plan.General Secretary Xi Jinping has said many times that "clear waters and green mountains are invaluable assets".This statement emphasizes that we must properly handle the relationship between economic development and ecological civilization protection.The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a significant judgment that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and identified a new historical juncture in China’s development.As China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development,we must adhere to the principle of quality first and efficiency first.Finance is the lifeblood of the real economy.Effectively serving the real economy can meet people’s ever-growing needs for a better life,maintain the security and stability of the financial system,and promote the development of economic efficiency.To support the development of green finance and promote coordinated progress between the economy and the environment will contribute to the healthy development of China’s economy.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research,combs the relevant literature reviews at home and abroad,and expounds the research content and methods of the paper.Secondly introduces the green financial as well as the theory basis for the development of economy,high quality,for the following the construction of index system and evaluation method to provide theoretical support,to calculate the composite index of VAR model to explore the relationship between the two systems,green finance and its subsystems coupling model analysis are used with high quality and economic development,the coordination degree between each index by grey correlation analysis of two system between the degree of correlation.Studies have shown that green finance and economy,there is a significant interaction relationship between high quality green finance higher variance contribution to the development of economy,high quality,high quality green finance and economic growth in the coupling coordination degree increase gradually,the green financial subsystem and the coupling between high quality and economic development coordination degree is deepened gradually,but there is a slight fluctuation,through the correlation is found between the various indicators of grey association analysis,overall,average below average correlation degree between subsystems,including green credit with the highest quality and economic development,science and technology progress are least associated with green finance.According to the research results of the empirical part,we put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for green finance to boost the high-quality economic development.First,we will start with the financial sector as a whole,improve the regulatory system to guard against financial risks,improve the level and efficiency of financial services entities,and promote financial openness.Second,we will set up a green development fund,develop green credit to support green industries,and take a variety of measures to promote green economic development.
