| "Professional degree postgraduate education development plan(2020-2025)"(degree [2020] No.20)points out that "professional degree postgraduate education is the main channel to cultivate high-level application-oriented talents,and China’s professional degree postgraduate still faces many challenges.".Improving and ensuring the quality of personnel training is the primary responsibility of professional degree training.Yunnan,located in Southwest China,is an important gateway to South Asia and Southeast Asia.The scale of postgraduate education has been steadily improved,and the structure has been gradually optimized.However,the construction of quality assurance system of postgraduate education for master’s degree is not complete,and the training quality can not meet the needs of social development and industry.One belt,one road,Yunnan cooperation and innovation,and the improvement of the quality and quality of Yunnan’s high-level applied talents will be conducive to the development of Yunnan’s high quality education.By using the methods of literature analysis,survey and relevant statistical analysis,this study combs the development process of professional degree postgraduate education in China and Yunnan Province.The survey finds that there are some problems in Colleges and universities,such as the weak application of curriculum,the weak implementation of case teaching,the weak implementation of professional practice,the insufficient training of dissertation,and the weak construction of tutor team.The backward education concept,the lack of overall planning at the provincial level and the lack of industry collaborative education support are also important reasons affecting the quality of training.Based on the theory of total quality management and system contingency organization structure,to improve the quality of master’s degree training in Yunnan Province,this study optimizes and improves the system and integrity of professional degree training.The path to solve the problem lies in the participation of all staff,all-round and whole process The provincial education authorities and colleges and universities should raise awareness and establish a comprehensive,systematic and collaborative education concept.The education authorities should optimize the top-level design and improve the external quality assurance system.Colleges and universities should educate people comprehensively and improve the internal quality assurance system.This study on the quality improvement of professional degree postgraduate education in Yunnan Province is conducive to enrich the research of professional degree postgraduate education based on the province and the meso level,in order to provide theoretical reference for postgraduate education and high-level talent training in Colleges and universities,promote the comprehensive optimization and improve the quality of talent training. |
