Objective:University physical education courses pay attention to the comprehensive development of students.While promoting the healthy physical and mental development of students and improving the adaptability to the environment,students can learn to exercise,develop the habit of regular exercise,and benefit for life.By implementing the two teaching modes of"interest first"and"skill priority"in higher vocational colleges,observe what teaching mode is better in improving students’physical quality,improving students’basketball skills and improving their interest in basketball,and can effectively improve the teaching quality and complete the teaching tasks.Analyze the differences and causes of two teaching design objectives.Research Methods:(1)Experimental method.Class 2001,PV,Nanjing IT Institute 41(including 36 boys and 5 girls),39 in New Energy Class2002(34 boys People and girls 5 people)conducted the"interest priority"and"skill priority"teaching experiment for one semester respectively.The interest priority group curriculum design was designed to guide students’interest in basketball respectively,and the skill priority group paid more attention to the learning and training of skills.Before and after the experiment,the physical quality test and the basic basketball skills test of the two classes were conducted.(2)Questionnaire method.Questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the experiment,and the content validity was 0.84.Pre-experimental questionnaire,Cronbachαcoefficient=0.807,has credibility.The questionnaire recovery rate was 98%.(3)The Delphi Law.Experts score the teaching plans of the two teaching designs.Results:(1)Learning interest.Compared with before the experiment,the interest in basketball was 65.85%after the experiment,and the interest in basketball was 48.72%.The questionnaire found that the interest priority group received 78%of the positive emotional experience and 72%of the skill priority group.There was no significant difference between the interest improvement rate statistics between the two groups.(2)Basketball skills.Compared to the experiment,the turn-back score(time)decreased 1.41 by 4.6IV8,1.38,1.37 points,P less than 0.001,1.97 by 6.1,1.34 points and P values less than 0.001.After the two groups,the skill priority group was better than the interest priority group,with dribbling turnaround difference of 1.07m/s(P<0.05),2.75 ahead of shooting level priority(P less than 0.05),and passing ability P value of 0.707 with no significant difference.(3)Physical quality results.The average score of the interest priority group was 11.36m/s,After the experiment is 11.06m/s,the speed increased by about 0.3m/s,the return run before the skill priority experiment was 10.87m/s,10.83m/s after the experiment,and the speed increased by about 0.04m/s.(4)Questionnaire survey.The results of the questionnaire showed that there was no obvious difference in the basketball interest of the first two classes of the experiment.After the basketball teaching experiment,the number of interest priority groups in basketball was slightly higher than that of the skills priority group.Both the emotional value after the experiment,and the difference between the two classes was small.Conclusions:(1)Both"interest first"and"skills first"can improve students’interest in basketball,which may result from the emotional experience and competitive spirit beneficial to improving students in interest priority teaching.Skills preferred interest enhancement may stem from a sense of achievement in technical improvement.(2)"interest first"and"skills first"shows that both teaching design can effectively improve students’basketball skills,and skills priority to higher technical requirements shooting and passing effect,in basketball teaching should be designed for technical difficulty,primary technology or primary stage should increase interesting teaching content,and the teaching stage of advanced skills,should focus on technical teaching itself.(3)"Interest priority"and"skill priority"have been improved through a semester of teaching and experiment to a certain extent,and the skill priority group is higher than the interest priority group.
