| The Yangtze River Economic Belt is connected to my country Eastern and Western,with unique geographical advantages and huge development potential.It is an important economic corridor in the country.It has become one of the most important regions that support our economy.An important driving force for growth.Existing studies have shown that there is a two-way interactive relationship between human capital levels and industrial structure optimization,and there are regional differences.If the human resources and industrial structure optimization,it will have a key role in the development of the socioeconomic development.This article is based on the 2006-2019 Yangtze River economic band-level market panel data,establishing a PVAR model and space Dubin model to explore the Yangtze River Round And the interaction of human capital and industrial structure optimization in different regions and the spatial relevance of the two provide reference and theoretical basis for the balance stability development of human capital and industrial structure optimization.First,from the theoretical perspective,the mechanism of human capital and industrial structure optimization interactions,each measured the level of human capital and rationalization,high levels,and high-efficiency levels,and analyzed the current status of the Yangtze River economy.The results confirmed that the overall human capital and industrial structure of the Yangtze River economy have a large difference in human capital and industrial structure in different regions,thereby speculating the difference in time and space in human capital and industrial structure.Second,establish a panel vector self-return(PVAR)model,and analyzed the interaction between the overall,upstream,midstream and downstream human capital and industrial structure optimization.The results show that there is a significant difference in human capital and industrial structure in the Yangtze River ’s economic zone,and there are significant differences in human capital and industrial structure in upstream,midstream,downstream regions.From the relationship between long-term interactions,the effects of high-efficiency of human capital on human capital have a large difference,and there is a forward impact in the upstream.The long-term explanation is strong;the middle resequence shows the negative impact of the first increase,the downstream negative effect The lag lags continued to increase.The impact of human capital rationalization of industrial structure is large,and the upstream shows the forward influence of first-incremental reduction;the middle resequence shows the first and small negative effects;downstream shows negative impact.Then,the spatial metering method is introduced to establish a space Dubin model of the fixed effect,and further examine the spatial correlation effect of the Yangtze River ’s human capital and industrial structure optimization.The empirical results show that the Yangtze River economy has a significant spatial relevance.In the downstream Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai City showed a forward aggregation,the ride,upstream and downstream of the city,the upstream,and the downstream Anhui part of the city showed low-low aggregation.The industrial structure is rationalized,high-quality,and efficient in the Yangtze River economy with downstream city show high-high aggregation,and the upstream cities represent low-low aggregation.At the same time,the local industrial structure is rationalized,and high-efficiency has a promotion of human capital.The surrounding urban industrial structure is rationalized,government expenditures and capital stocks have a negative impact on local human capital,and the surrounding urban industrial structure is high-quality to local human capital.Produce a forward promotion effect.Finally,summarize and give relevant recommendations to provide theoretical basis and reference for regional human capital and industrial restructuring. |
