Party Building Leads Social Organizations To Promote Community Governance Research

As one of the pluralistic subjects of grass-roots level governance,social organization is an important carrier to promote and realize the modernization of national governance.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is emphasized that in the process of the construction of the grass-roots governance system,the focus of governance should be shifted down to the grass-roots level to give full play to the role of social organizations.This paper holds that social organizations must adhere to and give full play to the core position of the party if they want to better integrate and promote community governance.Through the guidance of Party construction,we should firmly grasp the correct development direction of social organizations,guide and standardize the development of social organizations,solve the development problems of social organizations,improve the level of social organizations in providing community services and participating in community governance,and actively explore the new mode of combining social organizations under the guidance of Party construction with urban social governance,so as to realize the maximization of community public interests and community crossing With the development of Vietnam,we will jointly create a grass-roots social governance pattern of CO governance and sharing.Taking Dongning city of Heilongjiang Province as an example,this paper studies the new era party construction of Dongning City,which takes embeddedness as the guide,leading as the driving force,promoting governance as the goal,leading the new practice of community governance of social organizations,promoting the deep participation and integration of social organizations into community governance,making the innovation and development of social organizations conform to the needs of grass-roots social governance,and realizing the co-existence of social organizations and community governance Building a win-win situation has certain theoretical and practical significance for the development of social organizations and the innovation ofcommunity governance system.
