Fairy tales are loved by children because of their unique fantasy,game spirit and interest principle.The educational value of fairy tales has always been concerned by the public.Fairy tale text really entered the primary school Chinese textbook from the period of the Republic of China,as the initial stage of fairy tale text in a century after today is still shining,it is worth learning from.This paper takes the text of fairy tales in the Chinese textbook of primary school from 1920 to 1937 as the research object,through exploring the beneficial experience and shortcomings of the selection and teaching of fairy tales in the Republic of China,to provide some guidance for the compilation of today's textbook and the teaching of first-line Chinese,so as to truly achieve the purpose of nourishing children.The introduction part mainly expounds the background,significance,related research and important concepts of this paper.The first part of the paper mainly analyzes the overall recognition of fairy tales in the Republic of China and the differences in the compilation of textbooks through the proportion of fairy tales in textbooks,and further explores the reasons for the differences according to the proportion of different types of fairy tales.On this basis,combined with the background of the times,this paper explores the internal and external favorable factors of fairy tale texts entering primary school Chinese Textbooks in the period of the Republic of China from the perspectives of the reform of Chinese textbooks,the influence of western education and the development of Chinese fairy tales.The second part is mainly to explore the characteristics of fairy tale texts in the period of the Republic of China from the three dimensions of the theme,language and art.The third part,based on the discussion of the teaching plan,teaching method and teaching in the period of the Republic of China,explores the overall situation of the fairy tale teaching of teachers in the period of the Republic of China and the outstanding concerns of the fairy tale classroom from three aspects: the educational value orientation of fairy Tale Teaching,the actual teaching process arrangement and the innovation of teaching method.The fourth part is mainly based on the type of fairy tale text,the proportion of data differences,combined with the specific text content to summarize the shortcomings of fairy tale text in the content and arrangement,according to the scientific rationality of fairy tale selection and teaching to summarize useful experience for today 's textbook writers and front-line teachers.The purpose of this paper is to show the overall situation of fairy tale selection and teaching in the period of the Republic of China through quantitative and qualitative analysis.Therefore,the research focus is to summarize the general characteristics of fairy tale selection and teaching in 1920-1937.There is still a lot of exploration space for the research on the differences of fairy tale selection and teaching in different textbooks,types and themes.
