Morality and the rule of law is a basic subject at the junior high school stage.It is a comprehensive course based on the life of junior high school students,with the fundamental purpose of guiding and promoting the development of students' ideological and moral character and the rule of law.It is a comprehensive course for the cultivation of students' core literacy and good morals.Formation plays an important role.The new curriculum reform emphasizes: we must continue to create conditions to promote students' moral practice and enrich students' Emotional experience,perceiving and understanding the ideological and moral value requirements of the society,and gradually forming a correct moral outlook and good behavior habits.Emotion,as a kind of psychological experience and tendency of likes and dislikes to the development of things,is a necessary condition for human survival.The good use of emotions allows students to face up to various situations encountered in learning,and thus enables them to better participate in society.This not only enables the students' own psychological quality to be effectively improved,but also enables teachers to carry out ethics and rule of law courses more smoothly,which is a complementary process.Therefore,it is particularly important to infiltrate emotional education in junior high schools.In this context,this article locates the research perspective on the moral and rule of law courses in junior high schools.In the research,it is found that there are still some problems in the current process of infiltrating emotion teaching,such as: focusing on knowledge goals and ignoring the emotional needs of students;focusing on memory and recitation.Ignore the emotional communication experience;the classroom content is boring,the teaching cases are boring;the teaching mode is simple,the teaching method is single,and so on.After analysis,the reasons for these problems are the influence of the test-oriented education environment;the influence of traditional teaching methods and the influence of teachers' quality and cognition.In response to the current teaching problems,this article proposes corresponding solutions,such as fully digging new textbooks and looking for emotional factors;making full use of teaching resources to mobilize students' emotional thinking;establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship;The art of teaching language stimulates students' positive emotions;enhances teachers' emotional identification and establishes correct emotional concepts.
