at present,China's deepening education reform puts forward to persist in five aspects of education,attach importance to moral education,highlight the actual effect of moral education.Moral emotion is the internal power of moral cognition and moral behavior.In order to highlight the effect of moral education,teachers are required to pay attention to stimulating students' moral feelings in the process of teaching.The transference teaching method can guide students to transfer their own emotions into the teaching materials to experience the same feelings,so that students can carry out the communication and integration of emotion,and actively recognize new knowledge.Therefore,it is necessary to study the application of transference teaching method in morality and rule of law.Therefore,it is necessary to study the application of empathy teaching method in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school.The empathy teaching method can evoke students' emotional experience,and is of great value for the realization of the goal of emotional attitudes and values in the course of Morality and Rule of Law.However,at present,because teachers do not understand students well,the teaching evaluation mechanism is single and students do not pay much attention to the course "Ethics and Rule of Law",the application of empathy teaching method in the course of "Ethics and Rule of Law" still exists.Problems such as improperness,students 'low enthusiasm for integrating into teaching situations,and neglect of students' moral and emotional education.In order to solve these problems,we must adhere to the principles of experience,subjectivity,and harmony,change the teaching concept of empathy to students,improve the empathy of teachers,build a perfect emotional teaching evaluation mechanism,and further enhance the empathy teaching method in junior high school.The application effect of classroom teaching of "morality and rule of law".
