The society is in the period of large-scale creation and innovation,which are the key influencing factors in promoting national economic growth.It is also of great importance to promote education based on the concept of makers and improve students' knowledge,skills and comprehensive quality in all aspects.At present,education is facing the reform of teaching mode,and there is an increasing demand for innovative talents.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for training innovative talents,and education urgently needs educational innovation.In this context,a new type of education based on the concept of maker education has gradually emerged,which emphasizes innovation,practice and sharing.The reform of education is not only a verbal promise,but also should be put into practice.Education authorities have recognized the importance of the combination of makers and education,society must actively promote the integration of the two,and schools must vigorously promote the concept of makers.This paper clarifies the development process of makers and the basic concepts of maker education by expounding the concepts of makers,maker movement and maker education.Blend in a guest education concept in the design of the primary school information technology teaching,from teaching design concepts and principles,analysis of characteristics of learners,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching strategy,teaching activities,teaching evaluation and so on to design elements,the creation of a suitable for the elementary education concept based on the information technology teaching activity process framework.Based on this research improve the students' knowledge and skills,innovation ability and the ability to share the research purpose of design can be used to measure the questionnaire,through the way of action research is the process applied to the actual teaching practice,by means of the experimental study way,choose eligible research object to carry on the control experiment,and then through the questionnaire effect test,and modify teaching activity process framework.Finally,through action research,a relatively perfect framework of teaching activity flow is obtained.The process of information technology teaching activities in primary schools based on the concept of maker education should create a real life situation,be driven by tasks,achieve teaching objectives through independent learning and group cooperation,and cultivate and improve students' knowledge and skills,innovation ability and sharing ability.The results show that the process of information technology teaching activities in primary schools based on the concept of maker education can stimulate students' interest in learning,produce good learning results,and help improve students' knowledge,skills,innovation ability and sharing ability.Therefore,it can be proved that the process of information technology teaching activities in primary schools based on the concept of maker education is effective.
