In recent years,with the progress of science and technology,the Internet has developed rapidly.It has become one of the main channels for people to obtain information and communicate.Middle school students are at the age of actively learning knowledge and exploring the world,and they are an important part of the netizens.The Internet has a natural attraction for them.However,the network is complex,in the efficient dissemination of information,but also accompanied by a variety of potential risks,for the physiological and psychological development is not mature,outlook on life,world outlook,values has not yet formed of middle school students,it is very important to accept network literacy education,improve the level of network literacy.At the same time,as the new generation of network,middle school students' network literacy directly affects the construction of network environment in China.Therefore,it is an important topic to study the current situation of middle school students' network literacy and explore the path to improve their network literacy in the network era.This paper uses the methods of literature survey,Delphi and questionnaire survey to study the network literacy of urban middle school students in Henan Province.First of all,through combing the related research of network literacy at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the related concepts of network literacy,and clarifies the concept and constituent elements of network literacy.Secondly,combined with the core literacy of Chinese middle school students issued by the Ministry of education,the evaluation index system of Chinese middle school students' network literacy is initially constructed.In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the research,Delphi method was used for expert consultation to further modify and improve the evaluation index.Then,according to the constructed evaluation index system,the questionnaire is designed,and several middle schools are selected to distribute the questionnaire to analyze the current situation and problems of network literacy of urban middle school students in Henan Province.The survey found that there are some problems in the network literacy of urban middle school students in Henan Province,such as network basic knowledge,network information screening ability,network information dissemination ability,network creative utilization ability,network psychological adjustment ability,network ethical literacy and so on,which are mainly caused by the special psychological characteristics of middle school students,the lack of network literacy education and the lack of a good network environment Yes.Finally,we can take measures to improve the network literacy of middle school students from the aspects of self,family,school and society.
