Admission adaptation is the first step for children in small classes to communicate with the outside environment.This process has far-reaching significance for their physical and mental development.At the beginning of kindergarten entry,when children in small classes enter a new environment,the people they come into contact with,the way of activities,the code of conduct and so on have changed,which will bring them physical maladjustment and psychological strangeness,so that they will have separation anxiety,and also seriously affect the healthy growth of children in the future.The purpose of this study is to improve children's independent and autonomous ability,enhance their awareness of norms of life,alleviate separation anxiety and ensure a good learning attitude in the future.In the early stage of the study,the author summarized the performance of children's kindergarten adaptation problems in small classes by participating observation method,combining with previous scholars' literature research,as follows:crying,noise,avoidance,repetition,dislike of participating in activities and sticky people.Based on this survey,the present situation of kindergarten admission adaptation of children in Class 3 of L kindergarten in Jiangyan District of Taizhou City was investigated by means of questionnaire and interview.Eight children with the greatest demand were selected as the research objects.Aiming at the influencing factors of kindergarten admission adaptation,supported by attachment theory and superiority perspective theory,guided by knowledge and skills of social work theory,the following conclusions were drawn: Starting with the four specific objectives,we have carried out professional services seven times and nearly two weeks with effective group social work methods to intervene in children's kindergarten adaptation problems.Through carrying out group games,parent-child activities,discussion and sharing,scenario simulation and other activities,we can promote the benign interaction between group members,alleviate the separation anxiety of children in small classes,and improve the condition of parent-offspring communication to a certain extent.This study used the method of process evaluation and result evaluation to evaluate the effectiveness of small-class children's kindergarten adaptation group activities.It was found that the group social work method had certain effects in solving the problem of small-class children's kindergarten adaptation: it alleviated the parents' troubles,promoted the smooth development of kindergarten teachers' daily classroom life,andthe degree of group members' integration was obviously high.Activity style,content and social work performance are highly recognized and affirmed by parents and kindergarten teachers,but there are also some shortcomings.Finally,through summarizing and reflecting,the author suggests that when group work intervenes in kindergarten research,we should balance the relationship with kindergarten teachers;pay attention to strategies and be flexible in intervention;pay attention to the internal family system of children,and carry out group activities within the class.
