Education is a great plan of the country and the Party.At more than one meeting,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the urgency and necessity to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue in the course of ideology and politics in high school,and included them in one of its nine contents systems in its important exposition of education.The mention of ideological and political courses in the 2017 edition)of the ordinary high school curriculum helps to cultivate the core quality of students,and is an activity course that has a key role in implementing the task of cultivating people by virtue.As one of the popular teaching methods of this course,topic teaching has been of great practical significance in promoting the reform of high school ideological and political courses,improving the professional quality of ideological and political teachers and cultivating the learning ability of high school students.With the advancement of new curriculum standard and new teaching materials,it is particularly important to explore the application of thematic teaching in ideological and political courses in high schools,to find out the existing problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The body of this article is divided into four parts.First,it is the clue part.After clarifying the research background of this paper and the relevant significance of topic teaching development,the current research situation on topic teaching at home and abroad is reviewed,and explaining the research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings of this paper.Secondly,it is the overall overview of the topic teaching,after defining the topic teaching,explain its orientation,openness,activity,situational and practical five characteristics,Marxist epistemology,humanistic learning theory and constructivist student theory,and the topic teaching and related teaching methods.Thirdly,we investigated the application of topic-style teaching in the current ideological and political courses in high school,affirmed its achievements,found out its current problems,and further analyzed the reasons of the problems from the four dimensions of teachers,students,schools and education administrative departments.Finally,the relevant countermeasures proposed from the problem analysis in four dimensions.From the perspective of teachers,we can fully consider the topic teaching,learning situation,syndrome differentiation integration resources,strictly screen topics,skillfully create situations,closely follow the subject quality,control classroom progress,clear topic tasks,carry out multiple evaluation,feedback the classroom effect these five aspects to improve their professional ability of topic teaching.From the perspective of students,we can change the learning potential of the topic-based teaching by integrating extracurricular materials,accumulating knowledge reserve,integrating the topic participation,ignite the enthusiasm for learning,sublimate the value of the topic,expand the practice ability,and return to the original intention of the topic.From the perspective of the school,we can strengthen the convenient conditions of topic teaching in school development by focusing on inter-school exchanges,deepening topic research,improving teaching conditions,pooling teaching strength,extending education fields,and paying attention to the connection inside and outside the school.From the perspective of the education administrative department,we can play the leading role of the education administrative department in resources by strengthening institutional guarantee,organizing teaching evaluation,establishing a high-quality question database,sharing teachers ' resources,and building an "online and offline" topic training platform for resources.
