As can be seen from the ideological and Political Curriculum standards(2020)of Ordinary senior high schools in China,one of the most characteristic of the new round of curriculum reform in China is the construction of active subject curriculum.In order to complete the construction task of active subject curriculum,topic teaching bears the main responsibility in the ideological and political curriculum of senior high schools in China.Scholars have made some achievements in the field of topic teaching,but most of them still focus on the setting of topics,the implementation of topic teaching,the evaluation of topic teaching,and the design of topic teaching.At present,there are relatively few researches on the topic teaching Situation,and the creation of the topic teaching Situation in the high school ideological and political class that the author wants to study is even more rarely.In issue-based teaching,context is the bridge of issue-based teaching.The role of teaching situation in teaching can be summarized as the role of knowledge and the role of learning for students.In terms of knowledge,context plays an important role in activating knowledge,emerging knowledge and softening knowledge,reducing the abstraction of knowledge and making the learning of knowledge no longer fragmented.For students,the situation is usually close to their lives,and even comes from the concrete examples,scenes and so on in their lives.There are various types of situations,but only the situation that can cultivate students' core literacy can be used as the context of topic teaching.According to the questionnaire survey,it can be seen that the creation of the topic teaching situation in the high school ideological and political class in China has not reached the level required by the standard of the ordinary high school ideological and political course.The specific performance is as follows: First,the topic situation fails to develop students' political identity literacy well.Second,the subject situation fails to cultivate students' scientific and rational spirit.Thirdly,the topic situation fails to guide students to make value judgment.Fourthly,the subject situation fails to exercise students' public participation ability.That is to say,there is still a great space for the development of students' "core qualities in each discipline" in the topic teaching situation created in the current ideological and political class of high school.Through analysis,the causes of the above problems can be summarized as follows: first,the issue situation created by teachers lacks the function of political education;Second,the topic situation created by the teacher lacks situational speculative color;Thirdly,the problem situation created by teachers lacks of dilemma;Fourthly,the situation created by teachers is difficult for teachers and students to simulate the role of the situation.According to the reason for the appeal and results,to establish scientific and reasonable issue type teaching situation,to improve the teaching effect of subject teaching,perfect the theory of national basic education course reform,improve the quality of the teaching of high school ideological and political class,can take the following measures: first,cultivate teachers to develop ability of teaching material,analysis of teaching material and political education function;Second,enrich the form of the topic context and increase the speculative color of the topic context;Third,set the dilemma situation to stimulate students' inner value conflict;Fourth,the topic teaching situation in daily life,so that teachers and students can be fully integrated into the topic teaching research.
