It is one of the innovative arrangements of the unified edition of primary school Chinese textbooks to organize the unit contents with reading strategies as the main line and set up a reading strategy unit in the first volume of the third to sixth grade of primary school.Its purpose is to cultivate students' reading strategies through unit learning,improve their reading ability,and promote students to grow into active readers.At present,primary school Chinese reading strategy unit is being regarded as a positive educational topic,and many front-line teachers are also actively carrying out relevant teaching practice exploration.The author highlights the significance of this study by focusing on the arrangement of primary school Chinese reading strategy unit and how to carry out relevant teaching practice.By clarifying the arrangement intention of reading strategy unit,the author puts forward some suggestions on the teaching practice of this kind of unit,in order to help primary school Chinese teachers' classroom teaching practice and further improve the quality of reading teaching.In addition to the introduction,this paper consists of three parts.The first part discusses the significance,purpose and existing problems of primary school Chinese reading teaching.This part first expounds the significance and purpose of primary school Chinese reading teaching;then analyzes the existing problems and reasons in the current primary school Chinese reading teaching,such as the deviation of teachers' guidance of reading methods,students' interest in reading has not been effectively stimulated,etc.,and then deduces and points out the original intention and importance of setting reading strategy unit in the current primary school Chinese teaching materials.The second part analyzes and summarizes the arrangement of primary school Chinese reading strategy unit.The analysis is carried out according to the sequence of the introduction,text selection,reading tips and side comments of the unit,and the basic characteristics are summarized.On this basis,it analyzes the design intention from the reasons,principles and significance of arranging reading strategy unit.The third part discusses the specific teaching suggestions and attempts of primary school Chinese reading strategy unit.This part mainly puts forward some suggestions on the teaching of four reading strategy units in primary school,namely,prediction strategy unit,questioning strategy unit,improving reading speed strategy unit and purposeful reading strategy unit.For example,to improve the reading speed strategy unit teaching suggestions: clarify the connotation of the strategy,clear the target;teach less abstract concepts,focus on practice guidance;reflect on reading behavior,optimize reading methods;in class and extracurricular linkage,enhance the implementation effect.And,put these suggestions into practice,do some corresponding teaching attempts.
