With the establishment of the core literacy system,each discipline combines its own characteristics and values,explore and refine the connotation of the core accomplishment of each subject.Nowadays,in school education,how to cultivate the core quality of students in various disciplines has become the focus of educators.The core quality of the subject dominates the determination of the course objectives and teaching contents,and the teaching materials,as the embodiment of the teaching contents of the subject courses,are an important carrier for the school to cultivate students’ core quality.Therefore,the article focuses the research object on the high school music textbook-"Music Appreciation" of the high school version of the new music version.Based on the latest high school music curriculum standards of the Ministry of Education,select research methods such as comparative research method and literature analysis method,based on the core literacy of the music subject,the new version of "Music Appreciation" textbook is studied,and give some related recommendations for the implementation of its teaching materials in classroom teaching.First of all,it mainly summarizes the core literacy of music discipline and the new music edition of music appreciation.Secondly,through the comparative analysis of the changes of the ideological orientation,the setting of the framework of the teaching material,and the deletion,addition,and retention of teaching materials.Thirdly,based on the comparison of the old and new editions of the textbooks,analyze the feature and value of the revised textbook.Finally,based on this,some strategies are proposed for the implementation of the textbook in classroom teaching,It is hoped that music teachers can better adapt to and use the textbook,and also provide some reference for their teaching practice.
