Teachers are disseminator of human experience and social culture,and they play an important role in the development of society.However,unlike other teachers,class teachers are a special group in the teaching team and have an important impact on the development of students.The working status of the class teacher affects and even determines their working attitude and working style.In order to make the class teachers better put into education and teaching,we should investigate and study their working status and put forward targeted strategies to improve their working status.This study divided six dimensions around the working status of primary school class teachers,namely: professional identity,physical health,psychological stress,relationship with parents of students,relationship with students and salary income,and used questionnaire survey and interview method,300 primary school class teachers were selected to fill out the questionnaire,and 268 valid questionnaires were recovered.Carry on the related data analysis to the valid questionnaire through the SPSS 24.0.In addition,the author selected 10 primary school class teachers for semi-structured interviews,and selected 5 representative class teachers to sum up and analyze their interview information according to the interview results.In order to make the interview information more concise and clear,The author uses Nvivo11 Plus to sort out the interview text.Combined with the relevant data of the questionnaire and the interview text,the general characteristics of the working status of the class teacher in primary school and the specific characteristics of different dimensions are investigated and analyzed.The result shows that the class teacher's professional identity is low,the physical and mental health is not good,the relationship between the class teacher and the parents is alienated,and the class teacher is "alone in his work ".The main reasons for the above problems are as follows: first,the class teacher lacks firm professional belief;second,the class teacher bears relatively heavy workload;third,Lack of effective communication between class teachers and parents;fourth,the school internal cooperation is relatively weak.According to the above reasons,in order to better improve the working status of primary class teachers,this paper puts forward targeted improvement strategies.First,from the class teacher's own point of view,the class teacher should correct his working attitude and establish firm professional belief;second,from the management point of view,optimize the management mechanism of the class teacher to reduce the burden and increase efficiency for the class teacher;third,from the relationship between the class teacher and parents,establish a correct communication concept and build a stable triangular relationship;fourth,from the school cooperation relationship,overall arrangement of class teacher work,cohesion of school cooperation.
