Different from traditional single-text reading teaching,group-text reading teaching features the way that the teacher selects multiple texts which fit and are structured around a topic as teaching resources,guide students to actively participate in classroom discussions,and make conclusions by using collective wisdom in thoughts exchanges and collisions.Qu Yuan's works are the origin of Chinese romantic literature,and they are the focus and difficulties of teaching in the People's Education Edition,Beijing Normal University Edition,Suzhou Education Edition and other editions of Chinese textbooks.At present,the teaching of Qu Yuan's works in high school Chinese is basically based on the traditional single-text teaching,which shows a shallow interpretation of the images and a superficial understanding of emotions;and the high school students bears heavy learning burden,so few of them will evolve themselves in reading actively.In addition,many teachers are still confused about how to teach Qu Yuan's works right.Fragmented interpretations of Qu Yuan's works,old teaching methods,and lack of updating of teaching contents in the textbooks directly result in insufficient learning motivation,incomplete knowledge system,and weak inquiry ability of students.Academia and frontline teachers are devoted to exploring the teaching methods of Qu Yuan's works in high school,but there is no research suggesting that the teaching method of group-text reading can be applied to the teaching of Qu Yuan's works in high school.For high school students who are growing up,there are too much contents in Qu Yuan's works that worth studying.Group-text reading teaching is a mothod helpful for students to understand Qu Yuan more comprehensively.It enables students to study on Qu Yuan in details from his life experiences,political thoughts,and emotions,thus allowing them to truly walk into Qu Yuan's inner world and establish a systematic knowledge base of Chinese classical poetry.This not only is in line with the compilation concept of the unified edition of textbooks,but also conforms to the historical facts of Qu Yuan as "the ancestor of Chinese writers".The teaching strategy of group-text reading of Qu Yuan's works in high school Chinese can be proceeded in three aspects: the decision on topics,the selection of group texts and the teaching mode.The topic can be set based on author,artistic technique,thought,and textual image.In order to ensure the effect of group-text reading teaching,the selection of texts should be in accordance with the students' learning conditions,the arrangement of texts should be hierarchical,and materials beyond the textbook can be included,such as literary works,video clips,etc.Specifically,teaching of group-text reading,according to the actual situation,can be carried out by the mode of multiple texts with one as the center,or multiple texts in class or multiple texts beyond class to ensure the implementation of this teaching method.The core part of group-text reading teaching of Qu Yuan's works is the construction of collectiveness.Teachers need to construct themselves,create a safe classroom atmosphere,and learn to listen so as to ensure the smooth progress of the group-text reading teaching.With reference to the above theoretical discussion,taking the first unit "Li Sao" in the second volume of optional compulsory edition as an example,this study elaborate the unique value of the group-text reading teaching method applied to Qu Yuan's works in high school,in the hope providing reference for frontline teachers.
