Research On The Basic Endowment Insurance Participation Of Flexible Employment Personnel In Suihua City

At present,employment forms are developing in a diversified direction.As one of the emerging forms,flexible employment not only provides a large number of employment opportunities for flexible employees,but also effectively relieves the employment pressure in our country.After the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out at the Chinese and foreign press conference held that there are currently more than 200 million people in China engaged in flexible employment.Under the current basic endowment insurance system,the participation of flexible employees in endowment insurance is an important part of it,which not only involves the vital interests of individuals and their families,but also involves the development and stability of the entire country.However,from the survey,flexible employment generally has problems such as low participation rate,high payment base and payment ratio,and imperfect policy formulation.Problems such as the above will affect the healthy and orderly development of endowment insurance if they cannot be effectively solved.Based on the definition of the basic theory of pension insurance for flexible employment personnel,this paper takes Suihua City as an example,and analyzes the current situation of flexible employment personnel participating in basic pension insurance in Suihua City through investigation and analysis.problems and reasons.At the same time,fully learn from the experience of flexible employment pension insurance in three prefecture-level cities in China,starting from five aspects: increasing the insurance participation rate of employees,improving government functions,improving service management concepts,expanding policy publicity,and promoting data sharing in various regions.Put forward improvement measures to provide theoretical support for gradually improving the flexible employment pension insurance policy in Suihua City.
