Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of High School Physical Education In Jingyu County Under The Background Of The New Era

Under the background of the new era(the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "after long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical orientation for China's development"),the issuance of the curriculum standard for physical education and health in senior high schools(2017 Edition)conforms to the development and progress of the "new era" and conveys the specific educational requirements of the "new era" for physical education in senior high schools.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,on-the-spot observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper takes the current situation of physical education teaching in senior middle schools in Jingyu County as the research object to understand whether the physical education teaching in senior middle schools in Jingyu County meets the basic requirements of the new curriculum standards,find out the problems and difficulties in the physical education teaching in senior middle schools in Jingyu County,and come up with effective methods to improve the current situation of physical education teaching in senior middle schools in Jingyu County,It also provides a theoretical basis for the development of physical education in the surrounding county-level middle schools and the better implementation of the "new era".Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: the age level of Jingyu County high school physical education teachers is younger,the proportion of men and women is unbalanced,the teaching experience is less,and the quality of teachers' continuing education or training is low.The school does not pay enough attention to physical education teaching,the class hours are arranged less,the teaching mode and teaching content are traditional,the teaching methods are single,lack of innovation,and do not meet the teaching requirements of the new curriculum standard.The mode and time of sports activities can not meet the needs of students,and it is difficult to mobilize students' enthusiasm,which is not conducive to the development of physical education courses.The county high school physical education student evaluation system is single,the evaluation dimensions and forms are less,which is not conducive to the development of physical education teaching.The sports ground construction of Jingyu senior middle school is not perfect enough to fully meet the needs of students' extracurricular sports activities,and the relevant supporting measures for physical education teaching need to be improved.School sports funds are scarce,and the source of funds is very single.In view of the above problems,we should strengthen the construction of teaching staff and enhance the core competitiveness;Strengthen students' concept of importance in physical education teaching;Formulate detailed executable physical education teaching plan;Optimize the teaching evaluation mode;We will strengthen physical education infrastructure.
