Research On Modular Business-Oriented Reorganization Of YK Law Firm

Nowadays,with the gradual improvement of the construction for the rule of law in China and the rapid development of economy and society,the demand for legal services has been increasing.On the other hand,the change of internal and external environment has brought opportunities and challenges for the development of the lawyer industry.As a carrier of knowledge-intensive service,law firms are facing the common problems: how to improve the operational efficiency and how to promote the quality of legal services in the fierce competitive environment.Against the background of increasingly refined professional division of labor in legal services,the traditional organizational system of law firms can no longer meet and support the development needs of lawyer specialization.Therefore,drawing on advanced theories of modern enterprise production and organizational management,the researcher applied the theory of modularization in this thesis.This paper applies the theory of modularization to the reorganization design of the organizational structure in law firms,and drives the modularization of the organizational structure through the modularization of subdivision of labor,thus establishing the modular business-oriented reorganization of law firms.This paper has mastered the current research status of the modular business-oriented reorganization in law firms through reading lots of literature,sorted out the theoretical knowledge of modularity,modular organization,modular management and organizational restructuring,constructed a research framework for the modular businessoriented reorganization in law firms,and expounded the necessity and feasibility of implementing modular management in law firms based on a thorough analysis of the current management status,the internal and external challenges faced by law firms.Taking YK Law Firm as an example,the research has analyzed the current organizational structure,business development status and existing problems of the law firm,then designed restructuring schemes for the modular organization and business through combining the actual situation with the development planning and strategic objectives,and eventually carried out the managerial innovation in the firm.Having compared the development and operation data of the law firm before and after the implementation of modular management,this thesis expounded the effectiveness of the implementation of modular management.The research showed that modular business-oriented reorganization could effectively improve the efficiency and revenue growth rate,consummate its talent development scheme and provide guarantees for the sustainable development of the law firm.The research and practice of modular business-oriented reorganization of YK Law Firm provides management basis and experience reference for the transformation and upgrading of internal management,and innovative development of domestic law firms.There are 9figures,1tables and 44 references in this paper.
