Citizens’ right to education security is an important part of social security right,ensuring citizens’ right to education security is of great significance to the development of the country and the revitalization of the nation.However,due to the imbalance of China’s social and economic development,the issue of the right to education security is still worth paying attention to,especially that of left-behind children in rural areas in less developed areas.This paper is an attempt to discuss this problem.In this article,through the case study of underdeveloped regions in found that less developed areas of rural left-behind children education guarantee the implementation of the institutional defects and differentiation to carry out the problems,mainly including: policy has lag,policy execution fragmentation,low level of dynamic debugging and education opportunities and education conditions of inequality.There are many reasons for these problems.First of all,there is a lack of efficient linkage between the compulsory subjects of education security.Secondly,the subject scope of educational security is limited;Finally,the content of education guarantee rights is blocked.Based on the analysis of the elements of the right of education security,the paper puts forward the corresponding feasible suggestions and system innovation: first,to build a perfect legal system of social security,second,to build a scientific educational security implementation mechanism,third,to balance the educational security resources in underdeveloped areas,fourth,to integrate multiple forces to implement the right of social security.Through the above measures to promote the realization of education security rights of rural left-behind children in underdeveloped areas,for the process of urbanization in rural left-behind children’s education rights to effectively provide a realistic reference basis.The study also found that the realization of the right to education of left-behind children in underdeveloped areas is not only related to the vital interests of each left-behind child in rural areas,related to their own development and growth,but also related to the overall and coordinated development of educational resources in developed and underdeveloped areas.To ensure that rural left-behind children in underdeveloped areas can share the development achievements of education reform,and to ensure the realization and implementation of the right of education protection for rural left-behind children,it is necessary for the government to provide support at the institutional level,the home and school to further strengthen collaboration,and the social forces from all walks of life to be encouraged to participate.So that they can enjoy the same educational opportunities and resources as non-left-behind children in rural areas and other areas,which is conducive to ensuring a fair social starting point and social stability,and promoting the effective improvement of the quality of the whole people.
