With the sudden outbreak of covid-19,schools have launched online education in response to the country’s call for classes to be suspended. In the process of online teaching proposed by the Ministry of Education, schools should arrange online teaching work reasonably and formulate educational and teaching programs scientifically. In math teaching, the Department of Education says that to ensure the quality of online instruction, achieve compulsory education goals, and ensure that everyone has a good education, parents and teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ independent learning of mathematics.Independent learning of mathematics can enhance students’ self-confidence and innovative thinking ability, which plays a great role in students’ future development.Based on a large number of literature, this study sets out from the research on the constituent elements, teaching mode, present situation, problems and strategies of mathematics self-regulated learning,to understand the characteristics and influencing factors of students’ self-regulated learning in online mathematics teaching in primary schools.A total of 240 students,6 math teachers and 8 parents from grades 5 and 6 of Y Primary School in Yinchuan were selected as subjects. The questionnaire investigates the present situation of students’ self-regulated learning from six dimensions(learning motivation, time, method, content, environment and result),and considers the relationship between parents’ education level and students’ self-regulated learning The interview mainly investigated the understanding of parents and teachers about the status quo of students’ online self-regulated mathematics learning. The results of the survey show that students’ self-regulated learning in online mathematics teaching is generally below the normal level,it shows in the following aspects:weak learning motivation, unclear learning time planning, inappropriate selection of learning methods and contents, lack of initiative in building learning environment, and inability to reflect and regulate learning results The educational level of parents influences the development of students’ self-regulated learning,In the light of the existing problems, this paper analyzes the causes from the aspects of students, parents and teachers, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures around these aspects:First, students’ online self-regulated learning of mathematics needs to be strengthened; It includes cultivating students’ study motivation, making study plan, allocating mathematics study time reasonably, strengthening the communication and cooperation among students, summarizing mathematics knowledge and integrating the ability of using mathematics resources.Second, teachers should create online classroom teaching suitable for students’ self-regulated learning, including teachers’preparation for teaching, creating good self-regulated learning situations for students, changing teaching methods and arousing students’ initiative.Third, parents should create an online environment for autonomous learning of mathematics, pay attention to optimizing students’ learning environment, encourage students’ autonomous learning, make them have a sense of learning responsibility, and strengthen the communication between themselves and teachers, promote home-school co-operation.
