Happiness education is the basic condition for happiness in life.Happincss education cannol be separated from the support of schools.The core of cultivating happiness cducation and constructing happiness schools is to stimulate teachers’ sense of happiness.The stability of the construction of the primary and secondary school teachers and the improvement of professional happiness are related to the quality and future of the country’s basic education.This study selected 5 primary and sceondary school teachers in Yangling area as the research objects to carry out in-depth exploration and investigation,and adoplod diversified explaration methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,targeting teachers of different subjects and subjects.Investigatc and analyze the professional well-being of local elementary and middle school teachers in relalion to working hours and whether they are editing or not.The purpose of this article is to explore the detailed elements that affect the professional well-being of primary and secondary school teachers.The author refers to the existing research results and designs a qucstionaire on the professional well-being of primary and secondary school teathers on the premise of relevant literature.This research mainly uses structured interviews prepares corresponding outlines before interviews and grasps the current level of professional well-being of primary and secondary school techers in Yangling area.Combine the interview results with questionnaire surveys to further explore the various elements that affect the professional well-being of primary and secondary school teachers and give specific plans in the form of analyis.Based on the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the professional well-being of primary and middle school teachers,the relevant suggestions for cnhancing the professional well-being of primary and secondary school teachers are briefly described.Finally,a brief discussion and summary are made on the results of this research.The Finally,a brief discussion and summary are made on the results of this research.The author analyzes and sorts out the survey and influencing factors of teachers’professional well-being in Yangling District.Starting from the regional characteristics of Yangling District,the author puts forward three aspects:school management,teachers’ professional development,and the creation of a harmonious teacher-student relationship.Proposed corresp onding suggestions for improvement.
