According to the State Council’s National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan issued in 2019,the reform of vocational education has been effective under the unified leadership and overall deployment of the Education Commission.There are 20 specific initiatives involved,referred to as the 20 articles of vocational education.Not only let the status of vocational education gradually in flush with the general education and outside,in the various innovative initiatives to truly achieve the teaching of students according to their abilities.It is worth mentioning that,for students,the 1+X certificate system was launched to train composite talents and inspire students while strengthening the practicality of vocational education.For the construction of teachers,the construction of "dual-teacher" teacher team is intended to implement the needs of the industry into the classroom teaching,effectively shortening the training time of new employees for job matching.Furthermore,the reasonable and in-depth degree of "school-enterprise cooperation" is a direct test of the results of vocational education.In actual practice,the linkage of the three can better promote the development of vocational education.Through years of practical investigation,the target of the survey is a full-time higher vocational education school approved by the provincial people’s government in2018,which has produced three graduates.The school has produced three classes of graduates,and looking back and summarizing,the results of the school’s evaluation in conjunction with the school and graduates and the students’ proficiency in the application of professional knowledge are not optimistic.In this thesis,based on the research on teaching satisfaction in vocational colleges at home and abroad,and according to the specific situation of this school,we conduct a study based on the college’s special airline flight attendant program,the core courses of practical classes as the entry point,and multiple dimensions of teaching satisfaction as the standard to identify problems and propose solutions to optimize the college’s teaching satisfaction and promote the long-term and steady development of the school.This thesis takes the theories of student satisfaction and service quality improvement as the basis of research,and uses the literature method,survey interview method and questionnaire method to collect data from the research subjects in the thesis.Drawing on the customer satisfaction measurement model,the single factor analysis method and the importance-performance(IPA)method are used to explore the problems of teaching satisfaction in A aviation vocational school.This thesis analyzes the differential effects of different sample characteristics on teaching satisfaction by investigating and studying the teaching satisfaction of A aviation vocational school,combining the results of questionnaires and interviews,and finally concludes that the relevant deficiencies affecting teaching satisfaction are found in the three major segments: teacher aspect,teaching aspect,and teaching resource application,and the core curriculum system reform,teaching management style,teacher teaching,school-enterprise cooperation,teaching equipment,creating a better teaching environment and other aspects of targeted constructive suggestions to further optimize the effect of core curriculum teaching satisfaction and to provide reference for the optimization of other teaching satisfaction.
