| In the era of social and technological development,in the context of the reform of vocational education’s own system construction,and under the policy requirements of the "1+X" certificate policy,the development and reform of vocational education courses have gradually shown their important value.The new era not only provides opportunities for curriculum construction,but also further deepens the requirements for curriculum implementation,that is,the issue of curriculum implementation from document implementation to teaching frontline.For the pilot institutions of the "1+X" certificate system,the primary task is definitely to clarify the new requirements of policy documents for vocational education courses,and secondly,to improve the quality of education through the improvement of course carriers.Therefore,conducting in-depth investigations into the curriculum implementation of pilot universities and proposing improvement strategies based on the current implementation status have become the necessary path for the successful pilot work of the "1+X" certificate system.This study follows the basic research and writing approach of "theoretical research-current situation measurement-analysis traceability-strategic suggestions",and uses literature research methods to theoretically sort out the certificate system,construct a theoretical interpretation framework for the certificate system,and provide theoretical support and relevant explanations for empirical research.Empirical research involves multiple research methods,examining the current implementation status of curriculum in pilot universities from four dimensions:curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum teaching,and curriculum evaluation.Based on empirical results,conduct an overall analysis of the current situation of curriculum implementation and trace the results,and then combine theoretical research with practical analysis to propose corresponding improvement strategies.Based on this approach,this article is divided into five parts.The "1+X" certificate system is an innovative vocational education reform policy.In the current research on vocational education curriculum,"1+X" certificate system,and curriculum implementation,there is either a lack of empirical materials or insufficient characteristics of vocational education.Therefore,this study combines the current implementation status of foreign vocational certificate systems,clarifies the importance and urgency of conducting empirical research on curriculum implementation,and further clarifies the core issues of the research in the introduction,Clarify the content and significance of the research,determine the methods to be adopted,and develop a research plan.Although the "1+X" certificate system does not explicitly require the textual form of vocational education courses,the development and promotion of the certificate system inevitably have certain implicit requirements for the implementation of courses in current pilot colleges.This study further clarifies the policy framework of the "1+X" certificate system based on existing research,clarifying its purpose,main body,and operation mode.The second is to elaborate on the main characteristics of vocational education curriculum under the system.The third is to further analyze the specific expected states of each sub proposition in the curriculum implementation proposition,providing standards for subsequent measurement of reality.After clarifying policy requirements,this study combined learning field curriculum theory and action oriented teaching theory to measure the implementation of curriculum in pilot vocational colleges.One is to adopt the Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze several important indicators of current curriculum implementation,and then design and test the measurement framework for curriculum implementation in pilot universities in this study,clarifying its problem dimensions and weight distribution.The second is to obtain specific empirical research data in the form of a questionnaire survey,and conduct quantitative processing on the percentage system,to conduct preliminary research on the curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum teaching,and curriculum evaluation of each pilot university... |
