| “The minority high-level backbone talents program”(hereinafter referred to as “The minority backbone program”)is a vital measure taken by the party and the government to train high-level talents for the minority areas.Since its implementation in 2006,in order to improve the talent structure in ethnic minority areas,and solve the shortage of high-level talents problem as well,a great number of urgently needed advanced talents have been trained in recent years.It has promoted the development of economic,social,cultural,educational,scientific and technological.However,the quantity and structure of high-level talents in minority areas can not fully meet the needs of economic and social development in minority areas.The mechanism of “Minority backbone” graduate students from the perspective of supply side(“Minority backbone” graduate training unit)has been investigated in this paper.The research objects are improving the quality of the training process of “Minority backbone”graduate students,making the distribution of “Minority backbone”postgraduates reasonable,and optimizing the professional structure in order to better meet the needs of ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas.To this end,this paper first investigated the background of the“Minority backbone” program,and analyzes the characteristics and effects of the “Minority backbone” program in the 16-year process.At the same time,the “Minority backbone”postgraduate training process,the plan arrangement,and the training mechanism have been studied.Therefore,the existence insufficiency of social demand and the quality of talented person can be deeply studied.Secondly,in order to understand the specific problems existing in the training mechanism of “Minority backbone” postgraduates,the connotation and composition of it has been further discusses from the four elements including training plan,curriculum and teaching content setting,and tutor team.According to the requirements of“Minority backbone” graduate student training and based on the “Minority backbone” master graduate students,a comprehensive questionnaire is developed,which is benefit for understanding the reality of the four elements and analyzing “The minority backbone”training mechanism at present situation.Finally,in order to make the training mechanism of“Minority backbone” postgraduates more scientific and reasonable,the percentage of enrollment majors and the total number should be rationally distributed.As a training unit on the supply side,from the perspective of improving the quality of training,the advantages of the disciplines should be made of to recruit students combining with their own actual situation.Secondly,not only the study and living conditions of the “Minority backbone” postgraduates should be paid attention to,but also the characteristics and differences of the “Minority backbone” postgraduates training programs should be focused on.Thus,the training program can be fully optimized.In addition,more effective help should be provided to “Minority backbone” graduate employment through expanding employment channels and increasing the stickiness with employment areas. |
