Water conservancy,as an activity of human consciousness to regulate,apply and control water,has effectively promoted and guaranteed the development of agriculture,and promoted the improvement of transportation and the growth of commercial activities,which has had an impact at different stages and in different aspects of China’s historical development.Based on the important role of water conservancy in Chinese history,the teaching of water conservancy history has also become an indispensable part of history teaching.This paper focuses on the content and application of water conservancy history in the Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(Part I),which mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.This chapter first explains the origin and significance of the research in this paper,then explains the research status,lays the foundation for the research of this paper,and finally introduces the research content and methods of this paper.The second part mainly explores the significance of teaching the content of water conservancy history in the Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(Part I)from both teachers and students.Through the teaching of water conservancy history content in the textbook,teachers can deeply understand the textbook in the process of sorting out the textbook and integrating the teaching content,strengthen the horizontal and vertical connections in the history teaching,realize interdisciplinary teaching,and fully grasp the content of the textbook,grasp the core issues,and implement the teaching of big concepts.When students learn the content of water conservancy history textbooks,they can also effectively develop the core literacy of history subjects.The third part organizes the content of water conservancy history in the Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(Part I)and analyzes its characteristics.The content of water conservancy history in the textbook is not only scattered and needs to be carefully sorted out to be discovered,but also some of the water conservancy history content that is helpful for teaching is not presented in the textbook,and needs to be supplemented by teachers when teaching.Based on this,this chapter divides the content of water conservancy history in the Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(Part I)into two parts: explicit water conservancy history content and implicit water conservancy history content,classifies and excavates and organizes the water conservancy history content in the textbook,discusses the water conservancy history content in detail everywhere,and analyzes its characteristics for front-line teachers to use.The fourth part mainly introduces the application strategy of the content of water conservancy history in the Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(Part I).This chapter mainly puts forward the application strategy of the content of water conservancy history in textbooks from four aspects: first,teachers should start from the textbooks and pay attention to the content of water conservancy history in the textbooks;Secondly,in addition to the teaching materials,teachers can pay attention to the research results of water conservancy history to supplement teaching;Again,teachers should take the requirements of the course standard as the basis to make the use of the content of the water conservancy history of the textbook closely follow the course standard;Finally,teachers should flexibly use the content of teaching materials on water conservancy history according to the learning situation and the actual situation of students.The fifth part is the case design of the content teaching of water conservancy history in the Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(Part I).By integrating the content of water conservancy history in the Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(Part I),this chapter designs a teaching case of water conservancy history content of textbooks with the theme of "canals and waterways in ancient China",specifically presents the application process of the content of water conservancy history of textbooks,reflects the teaching significance of the content of water conservancy history of textbooks,and reflects on the realization of teaching goals and the application of teaching strategies,in order to provide reference for front-line teachers.
