In the context of the development of social pluralism and the increasingly detailed division of labor,it is difficult to achieve consistency in the ideological and political theory courses offered by schools alone.Under the background of the new era,curriculum ideology and politics,as an important educational concept,have been comprehensively developed in all educational stages and courses.Secondary vocational education occupies an important position in the education system,shouldering the important responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,and actively responding to the call of the state to comprehensively promote the ideological and political construction of the curriculum.It is the core course of tourism major in secondary vocational schools,and also an important examination content of national vocational college skills competition.Its teaching content is closely related to social problems,and plays an important and systematic role in the training of tourism professionals.However,for a long time,the course of Catering Service and Management has placed one-sided emphasis on knowledge imprinting and skills mastering,gradually covering up the value pursuit of knowledge and skills themselves.Graduates often only master the basic knowledge and skills in the field of service,but still lack in ideological understanding and professional ethics.Therefore,it is very important to implement the ideological and political teaching of "Catering Service Management" course in the secondary vocational stage,which will help to cultivate new high-quality tourism talents needed for the development of this industry.This paper mainly carries out research from the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly through the review of relevant literature,discusses the background,purpose and significance of the research,and systematically compares the research status at home and abroad,to understand the foundation and development trend of curriculum ideology and politics.The second part is the basic concepts and theoretical foundations,which defines the related concepts such as "curriculum ideology and politics" and "ideological and political elements" to be discussed in this paper,and analyzes this paper based on the theory of comprehensive human development,constructivist learning theory and Xi Jinping curriculum ideological and political theory.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the ideological and political implementation of the course "Catering Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,it discusses the current situation of students’ learning and teachers’ teaching,and summarizes the ideological and political issues related to the course "Catering Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools,such as teachers’ weak awareness of education,teachers’ ability to improve and students’ weak awareness of ideological and political education.To provide guidance for the subsequent formulation of curriculum ideological and political teaching design more suitable for secondary vocational students.The fourth part is the teaching design of "Catering Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools under the ideological and political philosophy of the curriculum.On the basis of the second chapter,combined with the survey results of the third chapter,from the aspects of curriculum,teaching materials,teaching objects,teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching content and teaching evaluation,the integration of ideological and political philosophy into the course of "Catering Service and Management" is analyzed in an all-round and multi-level way.Design the integration of curriculum content and ideological and political education elements.The fifth part is the practical effect and reflection of "Catering Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools under the ideological and political philosophy of the curriculum.After the practice,through the analysis of student questionnaires and teacher interviews,the practical effect is concluded,which proves that the integration of ideological and political elements into the course of "Catering Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools is a new teaching mode,which can promote the comprehensive development of students and improve the teaching level of teachers.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes this article.
