In 2019,the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform was issued,marking the comprehensive launch of a new round of national vocational education reform.At the same time,the concept of teaching innovation team of vocational college teachers was formally proposed.In the same year,the Ministry of Education issued the Plan for The Construction of Teaching Innovation Team for Teachers in Vocational colleges,and the construction of teaching innovation team for teachers in vocational colleges entered the substantive implementation stage.The current characteristics of teaching innovation teams in vocational college teachers are as follows :(1)structuralization,modularization of teaching tasks,and complementarity of teachers’ abilities;(2)integration,represented by the integration of production and education of team composition and the integration of knowledge of team members;(3)Innovation,which is manifested in the innovation of teaching concept,teaching method,teaching mode,and teaching content;(4)Value preference,which is manifested in good ethics and value orientation of team development.The content of teaching innovation team construction in vocational college teachers can be analyzed from four dimensions :(1)knowledge dimension,involving practical knowledge and its construction,general knowledge and its accumulation,conditional knowledge and its acquisition,professional knowledge and its renewal,silent knowledge and its generation,etc.;(2)Ability dimension,involving education and teaching ability,practical operation ability,scientific research and academic ability,vocational guidance ability,innovation and development ability,etc.;(3)The power dimension involves the exercise of teachers’ professional autonomy and the construction of internal power relations;(4)Ethical dimension,involving the observance of teachers’ professional ethics and the protection of teachers’ virtue ethics.The construction of teaching innovation team in vocational college teachers should explore effective ways :(1)the construction of knowledge dimension is teachers’ conscious "professional learning",which can be verified by "tea production and processing professional teaching team" in Anhua County Vocational Secondary School in Hunan province;(2)The construction of capacity dimension is institutionalized enterprise technology practice,which can be verified by the "electronic information Technology Professional Group course teaching team" of Qiyang County Vocational Secondary School in Hunan province;(3)The construction of power dimension is equal dialogue of professional power,which can be verified by the "Railway Vehicle Technology Teacher Teaching innovation team" of Hunan Railway Technology Vocational And Technical College;(4)The construction of ethical dimension is the cultivation of professional ethics spirit,which can be verified by the "teaching team of public Basic Courses" of Chuyi Industrial School in Xinhua County.Teaching innovation teams will become an important subject of professional teaching in vocational colleges,which is essentially a reform of teacher organization mode.The construction of teaching innovation team of vocational college teachers is a brand new topic,and also an open research field,calling for more and better research results.
