Space is one of the basic elements of history,so the concept of space is an important way of thinking to examine history.With the advancement of the new round of curriculum reform,the core literacy has become the educational goal of the current history curriculum.The concept of time and space is the embodiment of the essence of the discipline in all qualities,while the concept of space is an important part of the concept of time and space.Understanding and explaining history from the perspective of space is helpful for students to have a deeper understanding of history and develop historical thinking.The paper takes the cultivation strategy of spatial concept,which is divided into four chapters.The content of the introduction includes the reason and value of the topic,research status,relevant concept definition,research method and innovation.The first chapter is the necessity and feasibility of cultivating students’ spatial concept,and the necessity mainly includes: the need of cultivating the quality of time and space concept;the second is the need of cultivating key abilities;the third is the need of examination and evaluation;the need of building diversified historical cognition.The feasibility mainly includes: the characteristics of the physical and mental development of high school students;the materials of training for textbooks;and the development of modern information technology.The content of the second chapter is the current situation and existing problems of spatial concept in high school history teaching.The student level: the first is not pay attention to spatial concept;the second is the level of spatial concept is low;the third is the learning initiative is insufficient.Teacher level: first,the lack of relevant literacy;second,the lack of understanding of the importance of space concept;third,the training method of space concept is old and simple.The third chapter is the training strategy of spatial concept in high school history teaching,mainly includes:one is to improve teachers’ spatial concept literacy;the second is to clarify space division;the third is to fully explore the value of historical map;and to develop multimedia technical resources.The contents of the fourth chapter should pay attention to the cultivation of space concept in high school history teaching,mainly includes: the independent construction of space concept;the dialectical unity of time and space;the dynamic change of space;the characteristics of history.
