| At present domestic and international research on sustainable development of diggings mainly focus on two aspects such as the ability evaluation of sustainable development of diggings and the analysis of strategy macro view of sustainable development. The paper is based on summary now research results of sustainable development aspect,combine with practice of Shen-Dong Coal Ltd. which is new great energy source base,systemic study sustainable development evaluation,sustainable development strategy and sustainable development ability increase of Shen-Dong diggings etc.,found sustainable development ensuring system of Shen-Dong diggings.This paper based on research results,point study the problem of a few aspects as following:(1) analysis of development status quo and ability evaluation of sustainable development in Shen-Dong diggings.(2) study of sustainable development strategy and approach of Shen-Dong diggings.(3) study of technology ensuring system of sustainable development of Shen-Dong diggings.(4) study of management ensuring system of sustainable development of Shen-Dong diggings.(5) study of environment ensuring system of sustainable development of Shen-Dong diggings.The paper based on using basic theories and ideologies of sustainable development and region economy,combine with this decade domestic and international sustainable development experiences and precepts,point out sustainable development act as an all new development view and an all new development mode,obtain research results as following.1) The thesis based on analysis and review now sustainable development research results,bring forward ensuring system concept of sustainable development in coal district,particularly dissertate it from three aspects such as technology ensuring system of sustainable development,.management ensuring system of sustainable development and environment ensuring system of sustainable development of coal district,primary establish sustainable development evaluation system and sustainable development ability increase ensuring system.2) The paper based on analysis and research of development status quo of Shen-Dong diggings,put forward evaluation guideline system of sustainable development of Shen-Dong diggings,and evaluate sustainable development ability of Shen-Dong Coal Ltd. by using fuzzy synthesis evaluation method.3) According to a period of metaphase and long time of Shenhua Group,put forward sustainable development strategy of Shen-Dong Coal Ltd. and the approaches and measures to realize it.4) systemic summarize updates technique innovative fruit of Shen-Dong diggings,integrate with diggings practice,put forward technique measures from aspects such as adjustment of development and mining project,mining preferences of work face and optimization of equipment,mine production craftwork innovation and exploitation and construct layout of east river,found technology ensuring system of sustainable development of Shen-Dong diggings.5) According to domestic and international theory research and update practice results of mine enterprise management,combine with management innovation explore and practice of Shen-Dong diggings,systemic study from three aspects Idee,mode and means of mine enterprise management,establish management ensuring system of sustainable development of Shen-Dong diggings.6) According to character of zone which Shen-Dong diggings locates,put forward main measures of environment protection and zoology build in Shen-Dong diggings and surround it,full analysis water resource carrying capacity,study cleaning mining technique from reduction waste rock,fathering powder dust and deal exhaust gas pollution aspects,found environment ensuring system of sustainable development of Shen-Dong diggings.
