Then it expounds the significance of suchtheories as agriculture industrialization, farmer households behavior, human capital,talent teamwork and talent migration in agriculture industrialization talentdevelopment, discusses the definition boundary for agriculture industrialization talentand analyses critically its contribution to agriculture social and economicdevelopment.
