In china, many medicine companies have grown rapidly for market favorable circumstances, now they need to be changed Because of facing some problems. Unfortunately, many organizational change processes were failed.This thesis examines the process of organizational change through a literature survey and one case study – Sichuan An'Kang Pharmaceutics Corporation. Six key results are discussed in this thesis. I) The participation of consultants is helpful to change; II) Organizational change ought to be adapted to change of environment and growing requirement of companies; III) The support of stuff is one of the most important factor of change; IV) For successful organizational change, adaptive and strong culture is valuable; V) In private firm, building of the restriction mechanism for CEO is significant guarantee of successful change. VI) Establishing Multi-angular property structure is helpful for organizational change; VII) Organizational change process is a systemic project and continual cycle;Due to the particular challenges that a company faces, each change situation is unique. We can't find one model of organizational change to meet every situation. For that, managers will learn how to select one correct tool to meet the unique environment.
