The thesis begins with the fundamental definition of performance management, and then , proceeding in an orderly way and step by step , give a detailed introduction of the whole process of performance management , including basic preparation , establishing performance plan , performance communication, performance evaluation .performance feedback and characteristics of each part.It uses the fundamental definition of industrial management effectively to analyze specifically of the producing-works and its device, then, it follows the exciting problems of its present authority, and deliver a deep analysis to the obstacle which may occurs in the practical operation of this device and performance management with the improving opinions. And then ,it proceeds in an orderly way and , step by step, makes a preliminary design to this issue, including basic preparation , establishing performance plan , the performance communication, performance evaluation, and performance feed back of each part.
