Administrative responsibility is the core of administrative ethics. With the development of the administration, management practices have on the Civil Service appeals of administrative ethics and practice of the theory of building needs. By analyzing the content of administrative ethics and probing into the ethical elements of administrative responsibility process, it makes the goal of the Administrative Ethics in the civil service have a more profound understanding. This is not only helpful to take out the plight of administrative ethical disorder for civil servants, but also contribute to the administrative acts responsibly.
