Multimedia technology applying to teaching is the main means of the Teaching of Thought and Political Study. Multimedia melts voice, images, text, and animation. Through the combining of the multimedia teaching and Ideology and Political lesson, Thestudents' enthusiasm, initiative and interest had been greatly raised as well as the teaching efficiency of teachers. At the same time, Multimedia technology will change teaching modes, contents of teaching courses. This is suitable for the recent ideal of education.Situational Teaching brings reality to students and arouses students' learning interest. The rapid development of multimedia technology provides powerful support to the Situational Teaching. With the use of multimedia technology, we can shows texture book knowledge, the vivid scene, bringing the new energy to the Ideology and political lesson. Using the Multimedia technology, Teachers can improve the quality of teaching. It is an effective measure for fully implementing of the quality education.How to use Multimedia technology and Situational teaching to teach Ideology and Political course in high school? What is the advantage and disadvantage comparing with the traditional class? All these questions have become a hot issue in recent years. In this research, the students are the main cognitive body, the active constructors of knowledge, we should insist on "based on student", keep pace with the times. Through the analysis of the concept of Situational teaching and Multimedia technology, observing and doing research for applying Multimedia teaching of ideology and political course, The author analysis the problems and gives corresponding suggestion.The dissertation includes seven parts, and has an introduction, the main body (four chapters), concluding remarks and an appendix (Questionnaire)The first Chapter is an Introduction. It depicts the reason of selecting the topic. The definition of Situational Teaching, definition of Multimedia technology, the application development for multimedia technology in teaching, as well as the research objectives and research methodology. This part is the interpretation and defines for the basic concept involved in this research.Chapter two introduces the application of Multimedia technology. Including the theoretical basis for the multimedia technology applying to the ideology and political course situational teaching; Features and requirements of Ideology and political course; using a real class to show the requirement of Multimedia technology applying to situational teaching; The educational form of multimedia technology applying: visual scene teaching, Problem solving scene teaching, Collaborative scene teaching, life scene teaching. Based on the analysis of conception, the part shows the focus details of this research from theory field.Chapter three shows the effectiveness survey for the multimedia technology applying to the ideology and political course situational teaching. In this research, the author made a survey among students and teachers and Made corresponding questionnaire. This chapter includes survey results and survey analysis. Through the analysis of survey data, Finger out the existing problems. The part is the main part applying theory to practice.Chapter four gives suggestions of the multimedia technology applying to the ideology and political course situational teaching. It gives the plans to resolve problems in Chapter three of the article. This part is a deep understanding of this research.Chapter Five summarizes the research achievement and puts forward the problems to be solved.
