The Professional Degree, as an important complement to the Academic Degree, with the features of applicability, pragmatic and synthesis, plays an important role in cultivat ing the high-level and application-oriented talents. The Professional Degree originated in foreign countries, it has a long history in foreign countries. The development of the Professional Degree in Amer ica is the most mature, it experienced four periods of the initial formation, the official formation, development and maturation. The Professional Degree Graduate Education in China has experienced three phases of the attempts to explore, the initial developm ent and overall development from the originator. The last years of development, on the one hand makes our professional graduate degree education achieve some signif icant achievements, on the other hand, there are some issues that can not be ignored. In these problems, the reform of the training mode of professional degree graduate is a top priority. The training mode of professional degree graduate, as an organizat ional framework and operational systems to cultivate professional degree graduate, is influenced by a series of interrelated, mutually reinforcing factors. Including recruitment methods, training objectives, training methods, teachers, quality assessment and other factors. These factors work together to determine the quality of the professional degree graduate education. By sending out questionnaires to the full-t ime professional degree graduate in H province and statistical analysis, summarizes the basic situation of the training mode of the full-time professional degree graduate in H province, but also found some problems need to be solved: the enrollment system is not perfect enough; the training objectives are not clear enough; the training methods are not scientif ic enough; teachers are not ideal; the evaluat ion system is imperfect. The current full-time professional degree graduate training mode has seriously hampered the sustained and healthy development of the full-time professional degree graduate education. We should aim at the existing problems, grasp the dynamics and trends of the reform from all direct ions and promote the explorat ion and implementat ion of the reform during the whole process, and then build a scientific and rational training mode of the full-tim e Professional Degree Graduate ——cooperation between school and enterprise. Good quality of the students is a prerequisite for the success of the full-t ime professional degree graduate training mode reform; scientif ic cultivat ion is the key to the success of the full-time professional degree graduate training mode reform; a high level of teachers is the security for the success of the full-t ime professional degree graduate training mode reform; a perfect evaluation system is the assist to the success of the full-time professional degree graduate training mode reform; Master of Education is a special brand of the reform of the full-time Professional Degree Graduate Training Mode.
