Discussion On Several Problems About The Objective Of Chinese Teacher Education

Teacher professional development is a specialized course, the natural result and requirement of the social development and job division. Teacher specialized development makes the international education circle focus on teacher' education. On the basis of the guiding effect of teacher educational objective, the countries all over the world pay close attention to the relocation of teacher educational objective without any exception. Our country is included. The narrow " fitting specialized education " mode and objective to train " senior specialized personnel " cannot meet the need of socialist market economy system in our country .The teacher education of our country should adjust the training objective in time , strengthen quality-oriented education and train really applicable talents for the society and our country.It is very essential to scan and review the current teacher educational objective again. A lot of domestic scholars have studied this and made some achievement .They have enriched the theory of teacher education greatly. But their research still has weak points. On the basis of others' research, this article have made further thinking on it .Firstly it defines the distinct meaning of the teacher educational objective, and then make a proposal that teacher education should make a teacher have thick foundation , strong ability , high-quality with all-round development in moral education , intellectual instruction, physical education, etc. This kind of compound talents should have good professional knowledge, professional ability, professional ethics and physical and psychological quality . And due to personal experience and great interest in teacher education, this article analyzes main problems of current teacher appearing in the practice and proposes some relevant suggestion.
