| This research discusses the career stagnation of the teacher in the middle vocational school from the professional development and the outer cause of causing the professional structure of the teacher to produce problem is thought as the main content. Based on reviewing and abstracting the theory of the professional development of the teacher, the research put forward the model of the professional structure of the teacher and five instances thought as the career stagnation of the teacher according to the trait of the vocational education. For example, I take the lot of instances which were mastered as the point of beginning and research the instance of the career stagnation of the teacher in the vocational school of Lanzhou Railway Bureau through observing, questionnaire, and visiting deeply and get the result as such:First, this research analyzes the instances of the career stagnation of the teacher from the teacher caring, the structure of the knowledge and ability, the encourage mechanism of professional development and the representation of the teacher working.Second, this research analyzes the cause of the career stagnation of the teacher from the organic surroundings, professional structure of the teacher, social environment, the state of the students and so on.Third, this research put forward some measures and constructive opinions of overcoming the career stagnation of the teacher. |
