A Research Of Shanxi Higher Education Development Effect On Transferring Surplus Rural Labor

It is a key to promote peasant increasing income and solve the question about farming,peasant,countryside by transferring surplus rural labor. Surplus rural labors in Shanxi are excessive and transferring is difficult ,have restricted Shanxi economic and social development .If not quickly transferring out ,will greatly block the constrction of Shanxi country well-to-do society and humorous aociety .Research show: the degree of difficult and easy on labor transferring mostly depend on oneself diathesis,but labor diathesis depend on his education .So in the context of higher education popularize, the research which higher education promote surplus rural labor transferring will have important meaning in developing Shanxi rural economy,increasing peasant income ,settling undergraduate to difficultly obtain employment.This text have three chapters.In introduction first answers the object and meaning of research in the text,definitudes theory and realistic value .Then through referring and review literature data, points out question and derects way for next work .Research thinks at present most scholar agree on what promoterural population transferring through improving labor'diathesis ,but they research secondary or elementary education more than higher education. Chapter one stats nature,population,manpower resource and rural labor status receiving education and employment status,knows transferring actuality, analyzes question in the course of transferring ,reveals the reason is in low knowledge and skill diathesis.Chapter two from difficult or easy degree of transferring,employment level and employment stability after transferring,income after transferring,direction of transferring,social matter after transferring,analyze the relation about education labor receive and migration ,explain the function of higher education in promoting surplus rural labor transferring,establish the station of higher education.At one time ,basing on higher education development actuality in Shanxi ,analyze question as well impact on labor transferring.The research think ,despite higher education develop very fast ,scale gradually enlarge ,manage system reformation and construction adjust also have new advancement ,higher education development still exist some question ,such as mode singleness,resource distribute not equal,layout not logical, lack of high-level peason in rural area.These all affect labor efficient transferring so as to rural economy lag.Although government train to peasant and promote labor transferring in a short time,stability ia not high.Not equal to higher education chance in city and countryside made rural modernization development slowly.Chapter three, put forward advice and measures which promote higher education facing countryside.This research main adopt three method:literature,stat,compare.By literature ,I know Shanxi higher education development and rural labor transferring actuality;by stat.I can sum up and correlation figure distinctly;by compare same kind of number past years,we should discover question easily ,also forecast its development trend.
