With the further progress and development of the New Course reform, building up high-quality history teacher groups in the middle school is very important to promote Quality Education.Improving history teachers' specialization development in the middle school quickly is necessary for the society. Then, when facing this reality, how to build up high-quality history teacher groups is our task. With the depression of research's focus, School-based Teaching and Research is coming, which is the effective channel to promote history teachers' specialization development in the middle school. In the School-based Teaching and Research, teachers are main, the questions of teaching and education are the research's objects, promoting practice and teachers' and students' development are the objective. History teachers in the middle school can play their mainstay in the School-based Teaching and Research, which can make all history teachers appreciate their value and complete specialization development. In the course of history teaching, how do history teachers take part in the School-based Teaching and Research and promote specialization development? This question is the most important content in this thesis. Through the research, improving the manner of traditional history teachers' specialization development can provide reference for all history teachers.This thesis is provided five parts: The first part, outline to history teachers' specialization development. On the base of anglicizing the connotation of teachers' specialization development, thesis defines the connotation of history teachers' specialization development, at the same time, thesis also analysis many other questions, for example, the status of history teachers' specialization development, the requisition of curriculum reform to history teachers' specialization development.The second part, School-based Teaching and Research and History Teachers' specialization development. School-based Teaching and Research is the effective channel to promote history teachers' specialization development in the middle school. When the history teachers take part in the School-based Teaching and Research, we must analysis the next questions systematically, the status of history teachers' research, the connotation of history teachers taking part in the School-based Teaching and Research, the value of history teachers taking part in the School-based Teaching and Research.The third part, the strategy of history teachers taking part in the School-based Teaching and Research, which is the most important content. Firstly, if history teachers want to take part in the School-based Teaching and Research, they must foster the consciousness of School-based Teaching and Research. Secondly, history teachers in the middle school should format own teaching style through introspection. In the course of history education, history teachers should master many forms of conducting introspection, for example, strengthening the reflection awareness, reflection capacity, the introspection to history lessons and students' reflection, at the same time, history teachers can strengthen introspection through teaching postscript and teaching watch. Thirdly, history teachers can improve own specialization development through companion guide. History teachers should make friends with own companion, on the base of it, we can strengthen companion guide through effective forms. Fourthly, history teachers can promote own specialization development through professional lead. Lastly, we must mobilize all the factors involved to conduct the School-based Teaching and Research.The fourth part, in the course of taking part in the School-based Teaching and Research, history teachers can meet many questions, which are the most content in this part.The fifth part, constructing the safeguards of history teachers taking part in the School-based Teaching and Research. History teachers need many factors to security School-based Teaching and Research, for example, principal's leadership, constructing cultural environment of School-based Teaching and Research, perfecting the management system of School-based Teaching and Research. They can promote History teachers' School-based Teaching and Research.
